These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Crypto Abundance Map platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You agree that you are at least 18 years of age, will use the platform for lawful purposes only, will not attempt to reverse-engineer or redistribute the tool, and are solely responsible for the predictions you enter and any decisions you make based on them.
Crypto Abundance Map offers a Free tier and a Pro tier. We reserve the right to modify tier features or pricing with reasonable notice. Access codes are non-transferable and may not be shared publicly.
Pro is a one-time purchase — no subscription and no recurring charges. If you're not happy, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email us from your account's email address at hello@cryptoabundancemap.com and we'll refund your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we do not seek to limit. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion (for example, an unresolved technical fault).
All content, design, code, and branding is owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Your portfolio data remains your own.
Crypto Abundance Map is a visualisation and intention-setting tool only. It is not a registered financial service and does not hold an AFSL. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, trading signals, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. All price predictions are entered by you and are hypothetical illustrations only. You should seek independent financial advice before making any investment decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to investment losses, data loss, loss of profits, or reliance on any projections, calculations, or content displayed within the tool. You use this platform entirely at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
